Motherhood has been one of the most meaningful and transformative journeys of my life. I’m raising three children in a multicultural home here in Italy, where I’ve lived since 2015 after growing up in New York.
The love runs deep—so do the demands—and like so many mothers, I’ve known what it feels like to lose myself in the process.
After my third child was born, I left my full-time job, got a Pediatric Sleep Certification and spent a year working with a life coach. It changed everything. I saw how powerful it is to have someone walk beside you, hold space for your growth, and remind you that caring for yourself isn’t a luxury—it’s essential.
Today, as a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I bring that same support to the mothers I work with. My approach combines empathy with structure—personalized, realistic, and adapted to your family’s rhythm. When a mother is supported, the whole family rests, reconnects, and thrives.

My own journey...
Everything began with my own sleep trials and triumphs. As a mom of three, I lived three different sleep journeys—one effortless, one impossible, one in between. With my second, we chased sleep like a moving target: frequent wake-ups and early mornings left us in survival mode.
That season taught me two things: every child is different, and the mother’s rest matters just as much. My first step was improving sleep for my child and myself. Then I made one small shift—waking just ten minutes earlier. That tiny window became everything: a breath, a reset, a reminder that I existed too. With consistent space and support, everything began to change.
This is how MomMe was born, with the realization and knowledge that sleep is never just about the child. It’s the foundation that helps mothers reclaim themselves and move from survival to balance.
